Empty Fruit Bunch (EFB) Biomass (Coming soon)

Jakarta | Lampung
Empty Fruit Bunch (EFB) is a byproduct obtained from either a palm plantation when the palm fruits are overripe and fall on their own from the EFB, or from the residue during the Crude Palm Oil (CPO) manufacturing process when the Palm Fruit Bunches are sterilized and the Palm Fruits are removed from the Fruit Bunches using a tool known as the Threshing Drum. EFB is used in a variety of ways, including as a replacement for diesel and steam coal in steam boiler power plants, as a primary ingredient in organic fertilizer production, and as a primary ingredient in the production of bioethanol.
